This is a regular women’s group specifically for well-being and positive living. The groups are monthly on a Monday, look out for posters on the High Street or flyers through your door. There are talks on nutrition, healthy lifestyle and mindfulness, how to live a positive life. There will also be nearer summer workshops on Mood & Food, Self-defence for women, core stability etc etc
